      • Signature and activity based monitoring of workstations, servers, and removable media placed in these systems for malware.
      • Automated alerting for identified malware.
      • Automated quarantining of identified malware.
      • Automated monitoring for signature status.
      • Automated monitoring for application status.
      • Reporting and forensics for malware events.
      • Response activities for malware events such as workstations isolation, rescanning, reformatting if necessary, etc.

    • Approval from the department or organization for any costs identified and to permit ITS administrative access to the systems being managed. This service also requires full management of the workstation and server environment by ITS.

    • Business requirements document including the scope of the desired Anti-Virus Management.
