Remote Access
The Remote Access service allows users access to select Shelby County Government business systems while, offsite or out-of-office.

- Remote control of office PC
- Access authorized business systems via the internet or mobile technology, as if you were in the office or onsite
- How do I request or access this service?
- For County Employees: Have a manager or supervisor submit a Computer Access Request Form to ITS and attach a signed copy of the Acceptable Use Policy and VPN Request Form.
- For Vendors: Have a Shelby County sponsor submit a Computer Access Request Form to ITS and attach a signed copy of the Acceptable Use Policy, VPN Request Form, and Confidential Data Vendor Agreement.

- Vendors must have a County Sponsor.

- 16 Business Hours

- Adherence to Acceptable Use Policy.
