    • Have a thorough understanding of the business process and components of each activity.
    • Be willing and able to commit the necessary resources to the project.
  • What is the turn around time for service delivery?
    • This is dependent upon the specific requirements and complexity of the request.  On average, it takes 4 weeks to deliver the service.
  • What are the responsibilities of customer?
    • Identify the primary point of contact with ITS in coordinating the activities being performed by the service.
    • Must be willing to meet and participate in requirements gathering and testing phases by providing their valuable inputs

    • 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
    • For support outside of these hours,  contact the ITS Service Desk at 901-222-2700 and  leave a message. A Customer Support On-Call Technician will receive the message and call you back.

    • Costs could be incurred depending on the specific details of the project.
  • Does this service require cost approval?
    • Depending on the amount, approvals could be required by either department administration or the IT Steering Committee.
  • What is the cost approval process?
    • If necessary, the cost approval will be part of the Service Request process.
