    • Interfaces with Outlook calendar to schedule meetings and send invitations.
    • Desktop Sharing
    • Private and Group Chat (instant messaging).
    • Can be hosted on a dedicated room unit, PC or laptop. 
    • Participants can join from compatible room units, desktop/laptop PC, iOS or Android smartphone or tablet (with downloaded App).

    • There is no charge for use of the service. Any hardware required (webcam etc.) can be supplied and charged via the IDB process.
