Relocation Services
Information Technology Services will coordinate and manage the move of desktop equipment. This includes disconnection, transport, and reconnection of the equipment due to the physical relocation of Shelby County offices. Equipment includes computers, printers, phones, and related devices.

- Ensures everyone’s equipment gets where it should.
- Coordinates design and installation of voice/data cabling as required.
- Setting up peripherals in the new location.
- Assistance with phone moves.
- Re-establish internet connection (where applicable).

- Customers should ensure that their designated originating area is clean and free of obstructions prior to the equipment move.
- Customers should have the destination location clearly denoted in the Service Desk work order. Schematics are preferred.
